Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CalmGrid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Service Description

CalmGrid is a mobile application that helps users track migraine attacks, including symptoms, triggers, medications, and related information. The App is designed to help users identify patterns and share information with healthcare providers.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is handled in CalmGrid.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

• The App is intended for informational and tracking purposes only
• Information provided by the App should not replace professional medical advice
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions
• Never disregard professional medical advice because of information from the App
• In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

User Responsibilities

By using CalmGrid, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when logging attacks
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CalmGrid, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CalmGrid and protected by intellectual property laws.

Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Refunds

Refund requests (if available) are handled by Apple, not by CalmGrid. You can request a refund through Apple's "Report a Problem" flow. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any features) at any time, including to maintain security, comply with law, or improve functionality.

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party platforms and services (such as your device operating system, the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat for subscription management) to function. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmGrid and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any loss of data or health information
• Any medical decisions made based on App information
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be brought in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
